Meet Your Instructor
In 2008 Liz completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Michelle Stobart, after which she joined Michelle as a founding teacher at Inhale Yoga Studio, teaching there from 2008-2015. She is in the process of completing a 300-hour training through Yoga On High in Columbus, Ohio. Her practice has been informed by a wide range of approaches to Yoga and Buddhism and she has trained with teachers from many different lineages including but not limited to: Iyengar, Ashtanga, Vinyasa, Anusara, Hatha and Insight Meditation Society.
