Amanda Sharrai, E-RYT 200: Amanda has been practicing yoga regularly for over 16 years. She continues to practice as an effective means to reduce stress and build strength and flexibility in the body.  Amanda began her yoga-teaching career as a founding teacher at Inhale Yoga Studio in Athens in 2008.  She has trained with yoga instructors all over the US and has a 200 hour yoga certification.  She loves to teach unique & challenging sequences that provide an opportunity to open the mind, body & heart.

Elizabeth Chamberlain, E-RYT 200:   Liz’s journey with yoga began in 2006 as a student of Michelle Stobart.  She became a founding teacher at Inhale Yoga Studio in 2008 and has been teaching weekly classes ever since.  In 2016, she began a 300-hour training program for yoga teachers at Yoga on High in Columbus.  Yoga is a pathway to present-moment awareness, compassion and wisdom.  She is committed to sharing her experience and providing a safe and joyful environment for practitioners to unlock the power of these insights in their own lives.

Jennie Klein, RYT 200: Jennie did her teacher training in southern California at Yoga Works and in Ohio at Inhale Yoga. She teaches at Ohio University in the School of Art and Design.

Serena Popoae, RYT 200: Serena’s yoga journey began in 2007 in Athens, Ohio.  Serena initially came to yoga to help with chronic pain from injuries sustained in a motor vehicle accident years ago.  Yoga quickly became more than a source of pain management; it became a tool for life transformation.  Serena completed her 200 hour certification at Open Space Yoga studio in Hawaii, as a Registered Yoga Teacher through Yoga Alliance with Mary Bastien and Jennifer Reuter in 2015.  Yoga has opened doors for Serena to develop a balance between strength and flexibility, contraction and expansion, movement and stillness in both body and mind, connecting the two as One.

Serena is passionate about living a healthy well balanced life full of meaning, growth and an abundance of love.  She is dedicated to her meditative practice where she feels she can access great wisdom, love, and presence.  Her classes are mind-fullness based and steeped in philosophy, flow and alignment.  Serena is dedicated to sharing the beauty and magic of what Yoga can bring to life.
