This is a vigorous class based on Phattabi Jois’s Ashtanga Yoga method. It will include traditional sun salutes, standing, balancing, seated and finishing poses, pranayama and reclined meditation (savasana). Modifications will be offered. This class is suitable for students with a little or a lot of yoga experience.
